24mm internal wide, 50mm deep CD50 Wide wheelset is at just 1225 grams, which is the weight you usually see from shallow climbing focused wheels. Ultralight and stiff CD50 Wide helps you climb, sprint, and accelerate faster without the weight penalty.
65mm deep CD65 Wide wheelset is at just 1428 grams, which offers fast acceleration and speed efficiency in triathlons, time trails and flat road races.

The new 65mmdeep CD65 Wide wheelset is at just 1428 grams, which offers fast acceleration and speed efficiency in triathlons, time trails and flat road races.
The wider 24mm internal wide hooked rims offer enhanced riding comfort and cross-wind stability.
Tubeless/clincher compatibility offers you border tire choices.
The hooked profile design of rims provides a larger selection of compatible tires, accommodating different riding styles and preferences. The hooked design also ensures a secure tire fit, preventing blowouts and enhancing safety.

HUB

Ratchet system hubs offer a fast-engagement and efficient wheel for a smooth riding experience, which is beneficial for instant speed acceleration in the race and riding engaging various speeds and technical cornering.
High-precision hub axle is hard anodized to add stiffness and reached a tolerance within 0.003mm.
Lightweight freehub body equipped.
Designed with user-friendly maintenance in mind. the hubs require no specialized tools for servicing. This makes upkeep simple and straightforward, allowing you to keep your wheelset in top condition with minimal effort. The easy-to-service design also ensures that you can perform routine maintenance and repairs quickly, minimizing downtime and keeping you on the road.
Hubs provide convenient and easy freehub body exchange between different groupset systems and no-tool needed maintenance.
Titanium freehub body upgrade is available, which provides exceptional resistance to the cassette biting effect. This means you can enjoy a longer-lasting performance without worrying about the freehub body being damaged by the cassette (the titanium freehub body is 18 grams heavier than the standard alloy freehub body).

WHEEL CARE TIPS

Whether it is stainless steel or aluminum alloy spokes, if they are not maintained and taken care of after some rides in the rain and dirt, they will rust, especially if you live on an island, in areas with high temperatures or in humid environments. Therefore, diligent washing (spokes and nipples), drying and maintenance are necessary and can prolong the life of the spokes and nipples.

NineVelo aims to bring you high-level wheels at affordable prices and let you cycle with fun and passion, and we know good rides are backed up with excellent product support. The following is the warranty policy that covers your wheels should you have any unexpected issues.

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

At 9Velo we are proud to have the leading quality control process in the industry. We provide a limited 2-year warranty (consumables not included) for original owners of the 9Velo product beginning from the date of receipt of your wheel. This warranty covers all manufacturing and workmanship defects for the duration of this period.

When a product is confirmed defective and still within the warranty coverage period, it will be replaced or repaired at no replacement or repair charge. The shipping costs of the wheels are borne by us in the case that the defects happen within 6 months after the date of your receipt; and in the event of defects happening beyond 6 months after the date of the receipt, the shipping fee is borne by the customer.

LIFETIME REPAIR SUPPORT

We provide lifetime warranty service with some extra charge based on the different cases.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE 2-YEAR WARRANTY

The above warranty, or any implied warranty, does not cover:
。Normal wear and tear on parts.
。Consumable components including bearings, spokes, nipples, brake pads and brake track.
。Damage while using non-approved brake pads or tires on your product.
。Not the original owner of the wheelset.
。Modifications of the product from its original condition.
。Malicious damage and inappropriate usage.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

If you are the original owner of 9Velo wheels and suspect any defects or malfunctions, please
。Stop using and riding on it immediately.
。Contact 9Velo and provide proof of purchase and any necessary evidence about the defects or malfunctions for the assessment.
。We will reply to you and progress as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Return policy for the non-quality-related issues:
。If there are no quality issues with the product, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping fee and any import tax incurred.
。Considering the high expense of international shipping, we kindly recommend that customers carefully review the product details and specifications before payment to avoid unnecessary returns.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders typically take between 3days to 4 weeks to process before shipping out.
Cancellation policy is:
。Cancellations Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped. Please note that a transaction fee from PayPal will be incurred, which will be borne by the buyer.
。After Shipping or Custom Orders: Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped or if there are customized wheels.

CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

We understand that crash suffers, and being not supported even suffers more. If your 9Velo wheels are damaged as a result of a crash, 9Velo Crash Replacement Program is here to help you back to cycling smoothly.

All 9Velo wheelsets are covered with the lifetime crash replacement policy. This policy can be used to obtain a discounted replacement product if non-warranty damage occurs while riding your bike.
